Can you believe it, there is a NATIONAL beetroot shortage??

Tesco's have a sign up, full of apologies and excuses, no bloody beetroot though. Apparently it is all to do with last year's floods, so there you have it.

I have sent the children to the alloment and planted up all the beetroot seeds they could find.....for some reason we had three packets, and no one admits to buying them.

I won't be caught short in a beetroot famine, oh no!
