Christmas is done, but the tree is still up.

I need a lie in, I am worn out.

I really, really want to announce to the world, that I am taking to my bed.

Men and their helpfuls little ways

Having been away for the weekend, I sent the man to the loft to discover the children's Advent Calendars.

Three of them were to be found............it was only much. much later as I entered the kitchen, that I realised my mistake........while he was up there he thought it would be as well to bring down the tree, and every other box that looked vaguely festive.

Maybe the Christmas decorations will go up a little earlier this year?
